Paradise Privacy & Policy

Confirmation / Cancellation policy for Individual Bookings :
  • 100 % Payment at the time of Booking.
  • 100 % Payment of Booking Amount Before Check - In.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge 3 days Prior of arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after 3 days before arrival.
  • If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation in case of Pay at hotel.
  • Hotel Management can cancel the booking at any time without reason.


Confirmation / Cancellation policy for Weddings, Large Celebrations, Groups & Bulk Bookings.
  • 25% Payment of the total Billing Amount at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
  • 25% Payment of the total Billing Amount 90 days prior to event.
  • 25% Payment of the total Billing Amount 60 days prior to event.
  • 25% Payment of the total Billing Amount 30 days prior to event.
  • Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled 90 days prior to the date of event.
  • In case of any cancellation, the Govt. Taxes on the advance will have to be paid by us to the authorities.
  • Note : Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
  • A group booking is defined as : 10 rooms or more for hotels with an inventory of 22-35 rooms.
  • Refunds if any shall be made only through cheque, for bookings which have been made by cash / cheque / bank transfer.
